Order Desk Pro is an order entry, order tracking, sales performance analysis and customer database management tool specifically designed for companies that receive orders via direct mail and the internet. Order Desk Pro is designed to handle all phases of tracking orders and inquiries, and simplifies the entire order entry and sales tracking process.

Designed with the small to mid-sized operation in mind, Order Desk Pro allows a single person to easily keep track of all orders, inquiries, shipments, ad performance, product demand, daily sales performance, and just about every other aspect of the order taking business. (But it works equally well with multiple users on a Win95/98/NT/2000/XP network.)

  • Please Note: The above record counts are theoretical maximums. If you expect to have millions of customers and orders, this is not the program for you. If, instead, you expect to have a typical small direct mail, telephone or internet order taking business with less than 200,000 customers and less than 100,000 orders per year, then Order Desk Pro will probably suit your needs.
  • Speed - In tests conducted by various computer magazines, databases built with Lotus Approach (such as Order Desk Pro) generally outperform those built with other database engines. In your specific case, speed will be significantly determined by the amount of RAM in your computer (32 mbyte minimum recommended), and the number of records in your customer file. Speed can generally be increased by adding more RAM to your computer.
