Yes, the product # drop-down list can be filtered

: : Is there a way to set catagories for products so that when I am in the order screen, and click on Product# it brings up the catagories?  I would then click a catagory to see all the items in that catagory.  This would be helpful as we have over 200 items, and scrolling through them all is not a quick or easy process. : There is a "product type" field you could use for this, but you would need to modify the way that items are selected to first select a category and then you could filter the product # list using the value selected for the category. This is not complicated to do but I would probably need to assist you by laying out the steps required.
