Hi Sue

I hope you and yours are well :o)

Three quick questions if I may ....

1) How do I ID the version of ODP I have? I have Lotus 97 and XP Pro, which you said may cause conflict, but a power user of that combo here in the UK has no problem. Should I invest in Smartsuite9.7 and start again?

2) I have a similar problem to Sandra, whos post is behind the link below. When I want to create a shipping label, feilds are either missing or doubled up. The answer you gave to Sandra included the text ..."When a new order is created for a customer, the customer's two street fields are combined into SHSTREET using a Creation Formula in Field Definition to set it to the value in "StreetCombo", a calculated field. SHSTREET is 72 characters text, so it does not lose anything from the customer street fields.Similarly the customer city state and zip are combined into one field SHCITYSTZIP using a creation formula and "CITYSTZIP", another calculated field"

Yikes! Why would the program (by default) put the two address lines together, or put city, state and zip on one line when no one writes addresses like that? (Do They ?!)

3)I can see from a previous post you can suggest a liverpool based fella who can advise me re UK tweaks - may I have contact detail please?

I dont undertand why a customers details appear in a different format in "BILL-TO INFORMATION" than in "SHIPPING INFORMATION" ???

Thanks for your help and attention - I appreciate it.
