A new customer emailed me with this question:

>>>>Am I able to change the field length / definition for the sales tax rate to accomodate our sales tax rate of .07525 % ? The program will only allow 2 decimals positions, therefore it calculates .07% and I have to manually enter the sales tax on Kansas orders. <<<<

The ODP sales tax is designed to accommodate .0752 and display it as 7.52%.

To get another decimal place, you need to do two things:
1) In design, select Create, then Field Definition. In the "ordhead" database find the TAXRATE field. Change it from numeric 2.4 to size 2.5.

2) Change the format of the displayed/printed number to show the extra digit. The field is formatted using its properties as Numeric, Percentage with Decimals. On that page of the dialog there is an "Edit Format' button. You can change it from 0.00% to 0.000%
