blank lines on worksheets menus with customer numbers

Sue,

We have noticed that we have blank lines on our Customer Worksheet and these lines have customer numbers. For example, right now we have two customers numbers with two completely blank line with no customer information in any of the field boxes.

Any idea why this is happening.
