: Still using your product after 5 1/2 years and still have not found a better program. My question is this: While using the program on Windows XP when I search for records on the customer screen and it pulls up many records and I attempt to use the small arrow button at the bottom left side of the screen it will jump 2, 3 or 4 records. For example I am on record #1 of the found search and I click to see the next record it will jump very fast to record #4.

: Any solutions other than getting a slower computer:)
