Support for Lotus Approach

As a customer of ours using Order Desk Pro, all of your support for Lotus Approach is provided by us and not by IBM/Lotus. This is because we are an authorized reseller of the Lotus SmartSuite (containing Lotus Approach), and under that program we have assumed support for that software.

We have a support contract for Lotus Technical Support in the rare case where we need their help. They will only accept "problems" or "bug reports" as they do not answer "how do I do..." questions.

If you are using other programs in the SmartSuite your support can be found on our other site at XpertSS.com. We insist that you register there to get into the discussion forums, but it is a free site and we respect your privacy.
