Yes, in Version 3 you simply go to page 2 of the Customer View where you can see the products that customer has purchased over time. In Find mode on that view, you can enter the Product Number in the first row under "Item #" to get all the customers who bought that product. You can even further limit the ones found by putting > 01/01/2003 in the "Order Date" field to get only orders after that date. Or, on any page of the Customer View, you can use the Find Assistant and look for the Product Number in "ordetail:1". The order date is located in ORDERDATE in "ordhead:1".

Note that in ODP version 2, you can still find the customers you are interested in. While on the Customer Menu, you can use the Find Assistant and look for the Product Number in "ordetail", The order date is then in ORDERDATE in "ordhead".

In both systems there is a button on the Customer View to print envelopes for the current set of customers.

Note that the Find Assistant was not included in Approach Version 3 -- you would need a newer version of Approach to get that function.
