Note that in ODP version 2, you can still find the customers you are interested in. While on the Customer Menu, you can use the Find Assistant and look for the Product Number in "ordetail", The order date is then in ORDERDATE in "ordhead"....In both systems there is a button on the Customer View to print envelopes for the current set of customers.

I am not interested in sorting by date. I wish to mailshot
everyone who has purchased a specific product, either by
running off envelopes or shipping labels.

Any chance of a 'Click this - then click that' walkthru?

When I try to follow your instructions I draw a blank.
When I go back to customer view and click labels
or envelopes, it prepares just the record on view,
not all customers.

I believe I have V2
