The instructions were correct for V2 for envelopes. When you get to the envelope view, notice in the Printer dialog that 'current record' is selected. Change that to 'All Records' and you will get all of them printed.
For mailing and shipping labels, in that older version of ODP, the selection cannot be changed to 'current record' because the program re-finds the current displayed customer for you. So you do it this way:
- From the Main Menu, go to the Reports Menu, then the Labels & Envelopes menu.
- Select the label type you want.
- Then use the Find Assistant to locate the customers using the ordetail ProductNumber field "is exactly equal to" the number desired, as I described before. This gives you a set of customers for printing labels.
Note: While in the Find Assistant you may want to sort the customers so the labels are in some order helpful to you.
