Any chance of what I asked for - a click-by-click walk thru of how someone with V2 prints envelopes or mailing labels for all customers of a specific product, which has no "number" only a name - in this case 'RCCD'

I am a computer literate web designer, but you are presuming a level of knowledge regarding the software and meaning of terms that new users simply don't have.

When I try to follow your advice, the final pane says 'no records found'

I have 30 customers who all bought the same product at the same price - so I am clearly doing something wrong.

Please help in plain English ;o)
