V2 products have a ProductNumber and a ProductName field in the order line item data (ordetail is the name of that database). So you can use either of them to select the product when doing your Find.

Do it this way:

- From the Main Menu, go to the Reports Menu, then the Labels & Envelopes menu.

- Select the label or envelope type you want from that menu of options. The Find Assistant will open automatically.

- You want a "Basic Find", so just select the Next button.

- Change the "Database" to ordetail.

- The system will select the ProductNumber field, so leave the "Operator" set to "is exactly equal to". (or change the field selected if you wish)

- In the "Values" column, enter RCCD, then click the Done button.

This gives you a set of customers for printing labels. And the printer dialog opens for you.

That is about as basic as I can get!
