This is a problem in Approach -- you must have a very old version as this was fixed quite a while ago. Bill's suggestion is related to an even older version of Approach and does not apply to this problem.
Instead of the "Basic find" lets try the "Find using Query by box". It is an option on the right side of the first page of the Find Assistant. Select that option and click the Next button.
* Change the Table to "ordetail"
* Select the Field named "ProdNumber"
* Leave the operator set to "="
* In the "Value" field, enter RCCD, then click the Done button.
This should work for now. You should really plan on updating your Approach version as soon as practical. We have the OEM SmartSuite 9.7 available or you can get either 9.7 or 9.8 at various discount software sites on the Internet.
