Trouble adding new order

I am trying to add a new order for a customer and I keep getting an error that says macro error. Unable to set field in Print preview. continue running the macro? I notice at the bottom of the page there is a Macro Print Preview box next to my Customer View box and also the size is 100%. What do I do to fix this? Thanks, Elizabeth
