Lotus Approach places a limit of 5 pages on a form letter, so there is no way to work around that within Approach. I suggest you create your form letter in Word Pro, or MS Word, or even MS Works. Export a file of the ODP customers you want to send the letter to and use that file to merge with your letter. Those "word processing" programs all have some type of "wizard" to help you create or select a form letter and the file to merge with it.
