It appears that the "Shipping Labels Cust - 4161" are set up to only have one label per page. Certainly an error that got into the program at one time or another.

Fortunately it is easily fixed.
* Go to the File Maintenance Menu, then select "Customize Invoice & Labels".
* Then select "Customize Customer Shipping Labels".
* Go into design on that view (Press Ctrl + D).
* On the top menu bar, select "Mailing Label" and the "Mailing Label Properties..." option.
* On the "Basics" page of the properties dialog, there is a button "Edit Label Options" - click it.
* Change the "Number of Labels" Across = 2 and Down = 3.
* Click Done to exit this dialog and you should now see more labels on that view.
* Under the File Menu at the top, select "Save Approach File" and save your changes.
* Go back to Browse (Press Ctrl + B)
* Press F1 to go to the main menu or use a view tab to go wherever needed.

Remember that you can change the label setup at any time using this method. It is also documented in the "Design Guide".
