Windows XP Service Pack 2 - DO NOT INSTALL IT

I am getting reports from many Lotus Approach users that installing Windows XP Service Pack 2 causes huge problems. In some cases, this could cause Order Desk Pro to not load at all, or not be able to print anything, or crash in various ways.

So until Microsoft addresses these problems thoroughly, I am advising you, my customers, to not install this so-called "upgrade" to Windows XP.
